Japanese Summers

Japanese Summers are filled with BBQs and fireworks (hanabi). Although, not quite the beautiful park setting I'm used to or the quiet crowds in centenial park, its still a great day out! Feeling the Japanese heat again reminds me that I've been in Japan for nearly a year now....how time has flown by.

Futako Tamagawa BBQ Spot

One of the more popular BBQ spots in Japan - Futako Tamagawa.

Underneath a railroad/highway people sat on dirt/rocks, next to what looks like a sewerage for a picnic/bbq. Despite the hideous scenery, what saved it was a DJ who brought his decks and some massive speakers to make the whole place feel like an outdoor rave :)
