Setting the scene....

As everyone knows, I love Japan....the language, the people, the culture, the food (except Sashimi), the excitement, the technology...I just love it all. This month, I've up'd it a notch by going north of Tokyo for the 1st time - Sapporo. Its really the first time I've seen soooo much snow. Although my eyes were watering and my fingers were stone cold, I loved every minute of it. Snow is just really really beautiful...and in a city of bright lights and chaos....everything is just that much more magical :)
